1. Free to use
MadiVest is currently free to use. We do not charge for basic stock search, profiles, or watchlists.
2. Future paid features
If we introduce paid plans or premium features in the future, we will clearly explain the price before you buy. Refunds for paid features will be handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
3. How to request a refund
Email us at billing@gungolabs.com with your account email and the reason for the request. We will review it and respond within 5 business days.
4. No refunds for market losses
MadiVest does not give investment advice. We cannot refund money lost in the stock market based on information you found here.
